About
Jeff is a business entrepreneur with a track record of successfully co-founding and building businesses across multiple industries, including real estate, development, brokerage, hospitality, and technology investment. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Business/Real Estate with honors, graduating from The W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, cum laude.

Jeff co-founded The Kinetic Companies in 2005, comprised of Kinetic Development, Kinetic Commercial and Kinetic Investments. His companies own and manage retail shopping centers in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas and New Mexico.
​
In addition to his work in the real estate and development fields, Jeff was also instrumental in the creation of many new ventures and currently co-owns Fathom Realty Elite, RedBrick Property Management and Signature title Company. Jeff also co-founded Icon Hospitality Group, Inc. which has owned or operated the Half Moon Sports Grill chain, Mill Cue Club and Scramble, "a breakfast joint".

Jeff is a passionate advocate for innovation and technology, actively investing in early-stage startups that disrupt traditional industries. His strategic investments focus on real estate technology, fintech, and consumer-driven solutions. Some of his notable investments include:

-BusyKid – A financial literacy app designed to teach kids smart money habits through real-world allowance management. It allows children to earn, save, donate, and invest under parental supervision.

-PropertySimple – A cutting-edge real estate tech platform leveraging AI and automation to help agents market listings, generate leads, and build their brand.
​
-TBV – An App based technology focused on making background checks readily accessible to the public, providing transparency for employment of childcare, elder care, employment, gun ownership and other aspects of modern life.

As a hands-on mentor and advisor, Jeff supports founders by offering strategic guidance, industry connections, and funding to help transform ideas into scalable businesses. Jeff is very active in philanthropy; he created the “Taking Care of Business Community Project” helping to re-employ homeless fathers supporting their families. He has served on the Board of Directors for “Every Kid Counts” and was a member of Scottsdale Active 20/30.
